Two Approaches to Create Flashcards from Translations

Step 1: Save the Conversation

After completing a conversation or translation session:

Step 2: Create a Learning Stack

Navigate to the learning screen and create a new stack:

  1. Go to the learning screen
  2. Click "Create a new learning stack MANUALLY"
  3. Enter all details:
    • Stack name
    • Description (optional)
    • Target language
    • Category assignment

Step 3: Import from Transcripts

Now import the saved conversation:

  1. Click on "Import from transcripts"
  2. Choose a transcript you want to import the translation pairs from
  3. Select which translations you want to include
  4. Click "Import"
  5. Review the imported cards
  6. If everything is fine, click the arrow back and "Save"
  7. Start learning!

A more fine-granular approach that allows you to create new translations in any language from specific glossary terms. Perfect for building targeted vocabulary sets.

Step 1: Save Term from a Conversation or manually create glossary terms

⚠️ Note: If you already created your glossary terms manually in the Glossary, you can skip to step 2.

Start with a long-press action to create a glossary term:

  • Long-press on a chat bubble
  • Save the term to glossary if not already saved
  • Select the appropriate category

Step 2: Go to Learning Screen

Navigate to the learning area and set up your flashcard stack:

  1. Go to the learning screen
  2. Create a new learning stack MANUALLY
  3. Enter all details until you reach the "create new card screen"

Now select specific terms from your glossary:

  1. Click on "Import from glossary"
  2. Select a category (or browse all)
  3. Choose the terms to import
  4. For automatic translation in the target language, keep the toggle "AI translation" ON

Final steps to complete your flashcard deck:

  1. Done! Review your cards
  2. Go back to the main screen
  3. Click "Save"
